Leatherwood Plastics was
formed in 1980 by Dwight Leatherwood, to serve high technology industries by
manufacturing and installing superior wet processing equipment.
Production capabilities are enhanced by a Class 1000 Clean Room for final
assembly, final test, QA, and packaging of semiconductor production and
cleaning equipment. State of the art computer-controlled fabrication
equipment and highly skilled craftsmen contribute to the ultimate quality
and reliability of the product.
Custom plastic fabrication combined with compact automated control systems
allow products to be tailored to exact customer needs. Modification of
existing equipment is often done as an economical alternative to new
equipment. |
|
Standard and
custom-designed products are manufactured from chemical-resistant plastics,
stainless steel, or other appropriate materials.
Product
lines include automated and manual semiconductor wet process benches, clean
room storage equipment; plating, storage and rinse tanks, filtration
systems, automated metal finishing lines; batch and continuous flow waste
water treatment systems; and corrosion-resistant ventilation systems and
components.
