This large parts
cleaner utilizes one basket on a two-axis trolley to move parts between an
etch bath and a rinse bath. Cabinet is constructed of stress-relieved
white polypropylene, with rear and bath perimeter exhaust, and a lighted
work area. Typically, the parts dipping basket moves vertically and
horizontally using pneumatic operation. The two baths are natural
polypropylene, about 36” x 36” x 17” deep. The rinse tank may have
nitrogen
agitation, and both tanks have DI water inlet valves. |

Operator interface
panels display process status and allow user control. In the manual
mode, the operator may manually control the basket’s motion left and right,
up and down. In the automatic mode, the operator selects the
desired recipe by specifying etch and rinse times, and the pre-programmed
processing sequence will begin. |
